Return Policy

1. Returns
PEREGRINE EQUIPMENT accepts the return of non-defective product within 30 days of the original invoice date. Product must be returned in new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact, to receive a refund. Upon receiving the returned product, a restocking fee (15%-75%) may be charged if the product cannot be resold, i.e. the item has been used, original tags are not affixed, packaging is damaged, product has been discontinued, etc.

Product exchanges will not be accepted. If a different product, size, or color is desired, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order. 

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#); issued by our Returns Department. The Returns Department will also tell you the most efficient means of return. To ensure a speedy and accurate return, clearly mark the R.A.# on the outside of the box with your returned merchandise. All product returned without an R.A.# will be subject to a minimum 15% restock fee. Contact our Returns Department today to receive an R.A.#. Be sure to have the original Order Number ready.

Returns may take 4-6 business days to receive, process, and issue the refund. Processing times may vary seasonally; we thank you for your patience.

Any exception to this policy is at the sole discretion of PEREGRINE EQUIPMENT.

2. Warranties
PEREGRINE EQUIPMENT will repair, replace, or refund defective products at its sole discretion. Contact our Returns Department today to submit a warranty request. 

Warranties may take 10-15 business days to receive, process, and issue the repair, replacement, or refund. 

All warranty returns require a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#); issued by our Returns Department. The Returns Department will also tell you the most efficient means of return. To ensure a speedy and accurate return, clearly mark the R.A.# on the outside of the box with your returned merchandise. All product returned without an R.A.# will be subject to a minimum 15% restock fee. Contact our Returns Department today to receive an R.A.#. Be sure to have the original Order Number ready.

3. Shipping Issues
All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of the receipt of the merchandise. Discrepancies reported after 5 business days will not be accepted.

Orders returned to PEREGRINE EQUIPMENT by a freight delivery carrier as refused, bad address, or any other reason without prior notification or authorization will be subject to a minimum 15-75% restock fee at the sole discretion of PEREGRINE EQUIPMENT.
